The use of the coaching services, naturally involves a level of basic risk of injury to you, whether vou or someone else cause the same. As such you understand and voluntarily accept this risk and agree that the Company (BHR Sports) will not be liable for any injury to you without limitation, personal bodily, or mental injury, loss or damage to you resulting from the negligence or other acts of the club or anvone else using the facility. If there is any claim by anyone based on any injury, loss or damage described here. which involves you, you agree to 1) defend the company against such claims and pay the Company for all expenses relating to the claim and 2) indemnify the company for all the liabilities to vou or anyone else resulting from such claim.
