The Godfather of DAFL. Previously with Safa and Bears, Dean has been the bedrock of DAFL for nearly 20 years.

Neil Meldrum
Neil is Sunderland until he dies but is now also DAFL. This wily not yet retired centre back manages DAFL's full suite of footballing operations the same way he marshals an old school #9, with ease.

Strategy and Transformation
Ben Bargh
DAFL's resident creative genius also loves playing football, it is a huge part of his life. Whether it is a casual match, 5v5, 7v7 or 11 a side you will find Benny playing many days of the week.

Technology and Marketing
Matt Rubin
This rock at the back can ping a dead ball like Becks. Matt has 14 years DAFL experience and prior to joining DAFL in 2018 was founder and Chairman of Dubai FC.

Mustafa Radwan
Previously with Duplays this seasoned football event organiser is the Mo Salah of small sided football tournaments in Dubai.

Casual Football
Madyar Chizari
Madyar is a keen footballing #10 with DAFL 11 a side experience for a variety of teams including Pasargad, Safa FC, Hakan and Istanbulls. Madyar manages DAFL's casual footballl operation.

Lee Jacko
Creative Target man. A journeyed art director with decades of design experience in his Adobe software man utility belt.

Social & Content
Jayson Cortez
Jayson is an experienced marketer who specialises in social media, channels and content design and creation. A new addition at DAFL HQ unlike social, he is learning all about the beautiful game.

Partnerships
Bruce Henderson
After 13 seasons in Devon as Commercial Director at Exeter City Football club, Bruce is now 100% DAFL'd. However he still thinks in red and white stripes and puts Thatchers Gold in his tea.

Head of Referees
George Marius Radu
As the head of DAFL officials and referees, George does a lot more than enforce the rulebook, he and his fellow guardians of the game uphold the integrity of the Middle East's largest football league.
